The West End Cultural Centre hosted local hip-hop vocalists, dancers and DJs for a show called Urban Rhapsody.
One of the artists in attendance was singer Flo, who won a Western Canadian Music Award for her album Pieces of Me.
The concert is a student-project-turned-fundraiser put on by Red River College students.
Proceeds from the concert go toward the Children’s Wish Foundation.
Charlie Fettah and Jon-C of Winnipeg’s Most also performed, along with The Happy Unfortunate, Brock Isfeld, and others.
