Victoria Hospital opened Miracle Garden Tuesday to give people dealing with serious medical problems a space to recover.
The garden features a large water wall, a children’s area, and many seating areas.
The outdoor space is close to the hospital's cancer centre. It gives oncology patients a nice view of the garden as they undergo treatment.
Hospital staff said the $1.8 million project was almost entirely funded by donations.
