According to Manitoba Hydro, winds were to blame for a power outage downtown Monday.
The outage began at just before 4 p.m. on Bertha St.
About 260 customers were without power from Lombard Ave. to James St. and from Main St. to Waterfront Pl.
Manitoba Hydro restored power to about 200 customers by 4:45 p.m.
The remaining 60 had their power back by 8:45 p.m.
