A Winnipeg man is expected to be sentenced Monday in the murders of three homeless men.

John Paul Ostamas pled guilty in the April 2015 murders.

He will automatically receive a life sentence, but will find out Monday when he will be eligible for parole.

Ostamas was charged in the deaths of Donald Collins, Stony Bushie, and Myles Monias in April 2015.

Bushie and Collins were killed just hours apart and found only one block apart. Monias was found about two weeks earlier, beaten in a bus shack.

All three victims were living on the streets of Winnipeg.
