The City of Winnipeg is spending $300,000 to fix some of Winnipeg's largest parks.
The money will be used to develop a regional parks strategy.
It will address short term and long term infrastructure needs.
A report says the city has nine regional parks.
Assiniboine Park is not included in the strategy because it is run by an independent board.
