Winnipeg police said they were dispatched to a commercial robbery in the 1400 block of Main Street shortly before 11:00 p.m. May 14, 2014.

Officers were told an armed and disguised man had gotten away with cash from a restaurant in the area.

General patrol officers, canine and AIR1 units tracked down and arrested the suspect in the area of Salter Street and Cathedral Avenue.

No one was hurt in this case.
