ContactStephanie is originally from Barrie, Ontario. She studied Broadcast Journalism at Fanshawe College.
Before making the move to Winnipeg, Stephanie worked in various radio and television jobs in the Barrie area, including working as the in-game host for the Barrie Colts.
In March 2016, Stephanie joined CTV Morning Live Winnipeg as an overnight video journalist and traffic reporter. She then made the move to the dayside in June 2017 when she began working as a reporter for CTV News Winnipeg and producing CTV News at Six on the weekends. In September 2019, Stephanie became the weekend anchor.
Stephanie loves to cover a variety of stores – everything from breaking news to fun features. A favourite of hers was covering a Winnipeg group’s attempt at shattering the Guinness World Record for the most high-fives in a three minute relay. (Spoiler: they did.)
When she’s not working, Stephanie can either be found playing hockey, with her face in a good book, or drinking iced coffee (even when it’s minus 25.) She speaks English.
You can catch Stephanie on the weekend news desk every Saturday and Sunday at 6 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
