Headingley Correctional will be releasing a high-risk sex offender Monday, Sept. 29
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit warns 32-year-old Ryan James Gabourie will be released from custody and is expected to live in Winnipeg.
Gabourie participated in some sex offender treatment programs while in prison however, officials said he is at high risk to reoffend. He has a history of sexual offences relating to children including sexual assault, break and enter to commit sexual assault, and possession of child pornography.
