The Winnipeg Police Service has been ordered to turn over documents reviewing Derek Harvey-Zenk's employment as a police officer to commission counsel at the Taman Inquiry.

Commission Counsel David Paccioco says he has just learned that the documents, which were written after Zenk's crash that killed Crystal Taman, existed.

The commissioner has asked the police to turn them over to council to review. From there, they'll determine if they'll be used in the inquiry as evidence.

Meanwhile Tuesday, more officers who were with Derek Harvey-Zenk in the hours leading up to the crash took the stand at the Taman Inquiry Tuesday.

Constable David Harding was with Zenk at Branigans Restaurant that night in February 2005. It was a get-together that moved from the restaurant to Sargent Sean Black's home in East St. Paul.

Harding testified that he can't recall how much Zenk had to drink that night, or if he had been drinking at all. He did say however that he remembered Zenk eating several chicken wings.

Sergeant James Anderson also testified. He was one of two officers who approached then Platoon Chief Keith Mccaskill to tell him what happened that night.

He told the inquiry it was a responsible get-together and wasn't a wild party. He also testified that he couldn't recall how much Zenk had to drink

The inquiry is investigating why impaired driving charges were dropped against Zenk.
