Winnipeg police hit the mall as personal shoppers for some lucky children.
About 60 children from around the city were paired up with police.
The kids were chosen based on a need, sporting or academic achievements and volunteerism.
Each child received a $200 gift card from St. Vital Centre for the two-hour shopping spree, along with a pizza lunch and a gift bag.
The Copshop event has been operating since 2007 and is aimed at forming positive connections between police and youths.
