Police have determined that foul play is a factor in the death of a 62-year-old Winnipeg man.
Officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of Bannerman Avenue Tuesday morning after a man’s body was found.
Police have identified the deceased as Eugene Allan Harris.
They said foul play is suspected, as the Homicide Unit continues to investigate.
