Police found a 23-year-old with possible gang ties injured inside a vehicle outside a West Kildonan apartment building Sunday night.
Around 9:00 p.m., police said they received a call for a motor vehicle crash in a parking lot in the 400 block of Partridge Avenue.
When they arrived, they found the man with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. The man was taken to hospital in critical condition and has since been upgraded to stable.
Police would not say how the vehicle crash was related to the injured man, if at all. Police are still investigating and said they will not release more details at this time.
