Winnipeg police said a high-risk sex offender released from jail on Nov. 13 has been arrested for breaching a probation order.
Police were called on Nov. 14 shortly after 4 p.m. after the offender was spotted in the 200 block of Donald Street.
The male was seen entering a facility and accessing a computer with internet capabilities, in contravention of his probation order, said police.
Ryan James Gabourie, 31, was later arrested and charged with breach of probation, said police.
