WINNIPEG -- The province has said it will move ahead with its thirdstage of reopening if 80 per cent of eligible Manitobans receive their first dose and 75 per cent get their second dose by Labour Day.

As of July 30, the province is reporting 79.5 per cent of Manitobans age 12 and up have been vaccinated with at least one dose, while 69.3 per cent have received two doses.
