The trial of a two men charged in the alleged abduction of two Winnipeg children has been delayed until February.
Kevin Maryk and his co-accused, Robert Neil Groen appeared in court Monday, but the case was remanded until Feb. 11 due to a missing disclosure.
The pair are facing child-abduction charges in connection with the 2008 disappearance of Kevin's children, Abby and Dominic Maryk.
The children went missing in 2008 after a visit with Kevin.
The boy and girl were found in a house in Guadalajara, Mexico last spring. They were reunited with their mother in Winnipeg shortly after their discovery.
Police are still looking for another suspect in the case – Cody McKay.
