Man charged after theft from Canadian Tire in Paris, Ont.

A Brantford man has been charged after police said he stole two Ninja brand juicers from a Canadian Tire in Paris, Ont.

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police were called to the store on Grand River Street North on Jan. 14 around 10:41 a.m.

They were told a suspect was seen walking through the store and speaking with a manager before leaving the business with a Ninja Slow Juicer and a Ninja Portable Juicer. Police said the total retail value of the stolen goods comes in at $361.60.

Investigators were later able to identify the suspect as a 34-year-old Brantford man. He was arrested shortly after midnight on Jan. 16.

He has been charged with theft under $5,000.
