THOMPSON, Man. -- Manitoba RCMP say DNA evidence has led to the arrest of a suspect in a violent sexual attack almost 10 years ago.
Mounties in Thompson say Tyson Gabriel McKay, who is 28, is charged with aggravated sexual assault.
A 28-year-old woman was beaten and sexually assaulted in a wooded area in the northern Manitoba city in August 2005.
McKay is in custody and was to appear in Thompson provincial court on Thursday.
