Missing Portage la Prairie teen found safe: RCMP

A missing teenage girl from Portage la Prairie has been found safe.

Last week, RCMP announced the 14-year-old girl was last seen in the early morning hours of Aug. 13 leaving her home in Portage la Prairie. She has since been found safe.

Police thank the public for their help.

CTV News Winnipeg has removed identifying details as the girl is a minor.
