Winnipeg police were called to a residence on Lumsden Avenue. Officers responded to a call about a stabbing around 9 a.m.
Police tape could be seen outside a residence in the 100 block of Lumsden Avenue.
Officers arriving found a man with injuries consistent with a stabbing. He is in stable condition.
Charges are pending, police said.
Police said the incident is likely domestic-related, and likely won’t be releasing more information.
Neighbours told CTV News that police are frequently called to the residence.
