Winnipeg police have closed Henderson Highway near Martin Avenue West and Carmen Avenue after a serious crash.
Just after 4 a.m. Sunday, officers and emergency services rushed to the 200 block of Henderson to find a car on its roof.
Police said the man driving lost control of the car and slammed into a tree, causing the car to flip over. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area Sunday morning while members of the central traffic unit investigated the crash.
