Flour, AP – 250 ml

Sugar – 125 ml

Baking Powder – 7 ml

Salt – Pinch

Cinnamon – 5 ml

Apple, peeled, diced – 250 ml

Egg, beaten – 1 each

Milk – 75 ml

Powdered Sugar – as needed

Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients well. Add the wet to the dry and mix by hand until the dry ingredients are just incorporated. Do not over mix. Deep fry at 350F until golden brown and cooked through.
