Salmon Fillet 175 g
Preserved Lemon, chopped 10ml
Bacon, cooked Chopped 15ml
Phyllo Pastry 3 Sheets
Butter, clarified As needed
Lay a phyllo sheet on your work table. Butter the side facing up. Place another filo sheet right on top and butter. Repeat.
Place the salmon at the side closest to you. Top with lemon and bacon. Roll the phyllo pastry over the salmon. Fold in the edges, butter again and continue to roll. Seal the edges with butter.
Bake at 350F until golden brown.
