Police presence on Cathcart Street in the Sault is over, no charges expected

A heavy police in the 200 block of Cathcart Street in Sault Ste. Marie has ended, police said Monday afternoon.

No explanation has been given regarding what happened, but police did say that "no charges have been laid in relation to this incident."

"We thank community members for their cooperation," police said.
