Butter, melted – 60 ml

Sugar – 60 ml

Flour – 125 ml

Baking Powder – 2.5 g

Egg, beaten – 1 each

Milk – 30 ml

Mix all the dry ingredients and in a bowl large enough to accommodate all of the ingredients and set aside.

Grease 2 ramekins or coffee mugs with cooking spray or butter.

Mix all of the wet ingredients and add them to the dry. Mix well.

Pour half the mixture in each of the ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap, poke with holes and microwave for 50-60 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Turn out and serve.
