RCMP said a 44-year-old Killarney man has been charged with numerous weapons offences.
On March 7, officers carried out a search at a residence in the southwestern Manitoba town and seized multiple weapons, including a submachine gun with high-capacity magazine, two handguns, numerous long-guns, body armour and other prohibited weapons, said RCMP.
The man was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Boissevain on March 28.
Officers did not release his name.
