Police have located at-risk girl

Police say Rhianna Kirkness, 16, has been safely located.

She had been missing since September 6.

Police would like to thank the public for their help in locating the teenager.

  Kirkness is described as aboriginal in appearance, standing 5�5� in height and weighing approximately 119 pounds.
