The search for Claudette Osborne continues and police feel it is time to bring attention to it again.

The Winnipeg Police Service has partnered with Winnipeg Crime Stoppers to give the public the opportunity to come forward anonymously with any information they have regarding her whereabouts.

A re-enactment of her disappearance is now available for viewing on the Winnipeg Police Service website.

Osborne has been missing since July 25, 2008 - and it's hoped the video will result in help from the public in the ongoing investigation in locating the missing 21-year-old.

She was last seen in the area of Mountain Avenue and McPhillips Street at about 6:00 a.m.

When she disappeared she was wearing a black short sleeve shirt with ruffled collar and black pin stripe pants.

She is described as:

  • 5' 3"

  • 140lbs

  • Long brown hair

  • Hazel eyes

  • She has a visible scar on the left side of her jaw.

Police request that homeowners in outlying areas check their properties including seldom used shedding or buildings for any clues relating to Osborne's disappearance.
