Winnipeg police have arrested one suspect in an investigation of a marijuana grow operation.
Officers say on Wednesday, January 27 they searched a house in the 100 block of Deering Close and seized 488 marijuana plants worth approximately $546,560. They also seized about $13,600 in grow operation equipment.
A 57-year-old male was arrested and is facing drug trafficking and possession charges. He was released on promise to appear.
