The City of Winnipeg said the Redwood Bridge will be closed for part of Saturday.
Officials said the bridge will close at 6 a.m. on Nov. 17 and will reopen by 8 p.m. the same day.
Drivers are reminded to use alternate routes such as the Disraeli Bridges and the Louise Bridge.
The Redwood Bridge will undergo structural steel repairs, maintenance and inspection, said the city.
The south sidewalk will remain open for pedestrian traffic on Saturday.
