A CP train and a semi crashed Monday along the South Perimeter Monday morning.
The semi had been heading westbound on Highway 100, just west of Highway 330, when it collided with a southbound CP cargo train, said RCMP.
The driver of the semi was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A train staff member was also treated on scene for non-life-threatening injuries, said RCMP.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area, said RCMP around 12 p.m. Monday. Shortly after 1:30 p.m., the province said the road had re-opened.
