Conditions across most of Manitoba are pretty much the same wherever you look on Thursday with cloudy skies, temperatures close to the freezing mark with the chance of flurries.
South winds are stronger in the south while the likelihood of flurries or light snow is greater in parts of the north.
High pressure will help clear the sky this evening, at least partially.
In other words, today is a rather uneventful weather day across the province...
Things get more interesting by late Friday into Saturday when a low pressure system is expected to hit the prairies. It should bring heavy snow to central regions and gusty winds to the south.
So, if you're still deciding if you'll be taking the kids out trick-or-treating this year, and weather is among your considerations, Halloween Saturday will be cloudy and windy with a good chance of rain showers or flurries.
