Once again, another cool start to the week in Winnipeg and across the south with daytime highs stubbornly remainly just below freezing - and well below normal for late October.
The good news, though, is that today should be the coldest day of the week. A slight and gradual warm up begins Tuesday with light snow in the afternoon in Winnipeg courtesy of an incoming low from the northwest.
Now, I'm not saying you can ditch the warm coat for short sleeves again. But daytime highs will climb back up above freezing by a few modest degrees.
Halloween with likely be very different for most this year due to the pandemic. But conditions on Saturday will be relatively mild.
Then overnight at 2 a.m. Sunday morning, don't forget to turn your clocks back an hour. That means daylight arrives an hour earlier in the morning again.
