Officers have arrested a suspect in connection with a robbery and shooting that hit a man last summer.
Around 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2013, three men had been walking in the area of Pearl Street and Notre Dame Avenue when a group of suspects approached. Police said property was taken and a fight broke out.
One of the suspects pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victims. The gun was fired and a 21-year-old victim was grazed, said police.
Desi Courchene, 27, faces several charges, including armed robbery using a firearm and discharging a firearm with intent, said police.
