Winnipeg police have charged three men in a shooting incident that happened early Saturday morning in the area of Pembina Hwy and Bishop Grandin Boulevard.
Police say a group in a vehicle fired at another vehicle.
The shooting took place on May 16, 2009.
No one was injured in the shooting, but police say they were able to recover a weapon.
Three men believed to be in the car at the time have been charged with a number of fire arms offences while a fourth man originally detained has been released without charges.
Accused are:
- Ramandeep Singh Kailey, 28 years of Winnipeg
- Arshdeep Singh Rai, 21 years of Winnipeg
- Amanpreet Singh Gill, 26 years of Calgary
The accused remain at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.
