A train derailment along Route 90 halted traffic along the busy route Wednesday evening.
Four rail cars left the tracks around 7:30 p.m.
Residents in nearby Linden Woods report hearing a loud bang.
Emergency crews closed Kenaston in both directions between Lindenwood Dr. E. and Sterling Lyon Parkway for several hours.
The Winnipeg Police Service says the derailment was minor and no one was injured. The train was not carrying hazardous materials.
