Winnipeg police announce human trafficking arrest
The Winnipeg Police Service are set to announce an arrest made in a recent human trafficking investigation Friday morning.
Officers will speak Friday morning about the investigation, known as “Project Bluff,” at 11 a.m. at the police service’s headquarters.
