Winnipeg police have arrested a man who was wanted in connection with Hells Angels activity.

Jared James Irving, 26, was arrested after a traffic stop in Headingley Friday, police said.

Irving is facing charges of participation in or contribution to a criminal organization.

Irving was one of two remaining men wanted by the Winnipeg police in connection with a Hells Angel crackdown project.

The project, known as Project Flatlined focused on the Hells Angels and their puppet club, the Redlined Support Crew. In April the organized crime unit sought the public's help in finding four wanted men in connection with the Project Flatlined investigation.

Winnipeg police are still looking for 27-year-old Jesse Richard Thomas, the last remaining man wanted in connection with the investigation.

Anyone with information about Thomas is asked to contact police.
