RCMP said a driver has been charged for a vehicle rollover on the winter road between Garden Hill First Nation and St. Theresa Point First Nation.

Shortly after 11 p.m. on Feb. 7, RCMP were called and found four females trapped inside a vehicle on its side. Officers said it appears the driver lost control and the vehicle flipped.

RCMP and local bystanders managed to get the four women out of the vehicle. All four were taken to a local nursing station. No serious injuries were reported.

Police arrested the driver of the car, a 20-year-old St. Theresa Point woman, and charged her with impaired driving.
