Incumbent candidate Cindy Gilroy will return to Winnipeg city council.
The CTV News Decision Desk has declared Cindy Gilroy as re-elected in Winnipeg's Daniel McIntyre ward.
It will be Gilroy's third term in office, having first been elected in 2014. During the campaign, she said her priorities were poverty reduction, housing, and recreation.
She beat out Sal Infantino and Omar Kinnarath to win the ward.
