A 35-year-old man died and two women were seriously injured in a crash on Wall Street on Saturday.

Around 5:20 a.m., police say a Ford 500 was heading north on Wall Street at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control near Sargent Avenue, colliding with a fence and a large tree.

Only one car was involved in the crash, police said.

Police say the man who was driving died. Two women aged 30 and 25 were injured.          

Wall Street was closed between Wellington and Sargent avenues for several hours.
