Lindsay Warner

Lindsay Warner joined the CTV News team in June 2011 as late night anchor. Prior to her position with CTV, she spent almost three years as a reporter/anchor with Global Winnipeg. Her television career has taken the Edmonton native to five different Canadian cities over the past eight years. Her career highlights include covering the BC wildfire crisis in Kamloops in 2003, and the Manitoba flood crisis in 2009. Lindsay started her career working for a rock radio station in Edmonton, AB.

A natural story teller with a fascination with people, Lindsay knew since she was in elementary school that she wanted to be a journalist. Prior to her career in television, she worked for a group of psychologists in Edmonton.

She went on to pursue her broadcast education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton and Ryerson University in Toronto.
Lindsay is a dual Norwegian/Canadian citizen and an active member of Winnipeg's Scandinavian community.

Lindsay is a soon-to-be military wife.  She's also a compassionate animal lover and an avid reader. When her nose isn't buried in the news of the day, you can find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, planning her latest travel adventure, or elbows deep in a home make over project.
