Touria Izri

Touria Izri was born in Edmonton, but grew up in Mississauga, ON.
She studied journalism at Ryerson University. Her first job in news was as an intern for the Toronto Star. After that, Touria worked as a writer for CTV News Channel and then as a producer on CTV National News for four years. In that time, she traveled to Pyeongchang for the Winter Olympics, Juno Beach for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day and Ottawa for the 2019 Federal Budget.
In November 2019, Touria joined CTV Winnipeg beginning her next adventure as a reporter and videojournalist.
