WINNIPEG - It seems the gloves are off in the Manitoba Liberal leadership race.
Rana Bokhari says she has the energy needed to rebuild the parry and can outwork her two opponents "hands down."
Bokhari made the comments following a two-hour debate with fellow candidates Dougald Lamont and Bob Axworthy.
Bokhari is the youngest of the candidates and says she has brought in 600 new party members in the last two months.
Lamont and Axworthy reject the accusation they don't work as hard.
The Liberals, who have just one seat in the legislature, will choose their new leader Oct. 26.
