Winnipeg’s Insect Control Branch is set to continue its forest tent caterpillar control program.

The city said it will go ahead with spraying as planned.

They are set to start spraying at 9:30 p.m.

Plans include spraying Garden City and Leila- McPhillips Triangle areas through to Amber Trails and Rosser-Old Kildonan neighbourhoods.

The city will be using a biological, organic product to spray from high pressure tree sprayers onto the leaves of trees located in city parks and boulevards.
