Janice Lukes re-elected in Waverley West
The CTV News Decision Desk has declared that Janice Lukes has been re-elected city councillor of Winnipeg's Waverley West ward.
This is Lukes' third time being elected councillor for Waverly West. She first won the seat in 2014, and was acclaimed in 2018.
Since being elected, Lukes has served on the property and development committee and innovation and economic development committee.
