Sauteed Morel Mushrooms

2 cups loosely packed morels

1 tsp fresh chopped garlic

2 tbsp clarified butter

To clean the mushrooms, slice off a little of the stem. If discolored, brush off any dirt with a pastry brush.

Melt butter in a frying pan. When the butter is hot add the mushrooms. Sautee for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sautee for another 3 minutes.

Season and serve with fresh baguette.
