A motorcyclist and bicyclist collided at McPhillips Street and Machray Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday.
Winnipeg police said the motorcyclist was ejected and seriously injured. Crews rushed the 32-year-old man to hospital in critical condition.
Officers said the motorcycle had been headed northbound on McPhillips when it collided with the cyclist.
The cyclist was transported to hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate but said speed and alcohol are being examined as factors in the crash.
