Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that caused close to $30,000 in damage to a Garden City home on Wednesday morning.
Crews were called to the home on Montcalm Crescent around 6 o’clock.
They were able to keep the fire contained to an upstairs bedroom.
The family in the house made it out safely but one person was taken to hospital as a precaution.
