A driver died in a head-on collision near Oakburn in western Manitoba on Monday morning.
Around 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 5, police responded to 106 Road North, about 2 kilometres west of Oakburn.
A 51-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver and a two-year-old child were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries, said police.
An initial investigation showed an eastbound vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a westbound vehicle, said RCMP.
The driver of the westbound vehicle is the man who died.
A criminal collision investigation team and traffic analyst are helping with the investigation into the crash.
