A 61-year-old man is dead after his home went up in flames in the RM of Rockwood Monday evening.
RCMP in Stonewall and Teulon said they received a report of a residential fire around 9:30 p.m.
The homeowner, a 61-year-old man, was found unresponsive in the living room area. He was pronounced dead at the scene, RCMP said.
There was nobody else in the home at the time of the fire.
RCMP said the cause of the blaze is not suspicious.
The investigation continues.
